The Challenge

As the business grew, it faced several challenges that hindered further expansion and the ability to serve customers seamlessly.

Business already had a website, but it lacked the modern, user-friendly design she desired. It failed to meet the expectations of her growing customer base and could not provide features like direct purchasing or product management tools.
